Totenlegion (Germany)
Since 2012, the name "Totenlegion" stands for melodic Black Metal with German lyrics. The band from Zirndorf (Fürth district) had some line-up changes until 2016 finally a solid root formation was found. With the release of their first demo "Symphony of Loneliness" (March 2016) finally a first sign of life was set. This was followed by a split CD with Servant Girl Annihilator from the USA (February 2017). Our first album entitled "Widergänger" was released in June 2017. Melodious parts, blast beats and unmistakable vocals are a trademark of the band. Live highlights in 2017 were the gigs in Hamburg's Kaiserkeller (Große Freiheit 36) and in Berlin's Blackland. At the end of 2017 our album "Widergänger" was named Album of the Year in the Metal Underworld Fanzine. We also got the title "coolest band of the year". The Highlights 2018: The first two foreign gigs in CZ and Austria. In addition, we shared the stage with Asmodeus and Welicoruss in 2018.
