CYBERCRIME
AGAINST HERITAGE
Article 8. Computer Fraud.

The one that, through the technologies of the information or the communication, provides for itself or for another a Unlawful advantage to the detriment of a third party through the design, introduction, alteration, erasure, deletion, cloning of computer data or any interference or manipulation in the operation of a computer system, shall be punished with a custodial sentence of not less than three nor more than Eight years and sixty to one undred and twenty days fine.
The penalty shall be imprisonment of not less than five nor more than ten years and from eighty to one hundred and forty days. Fine when it affects the state's heritage destined for welfare purposes or social support programs.

Article 9. Impersonation of identity (Phishing)

Any person who, by means of information technology or communication, supplants the identity of a natural or legal person, provided that such conduct results in any material or moral prejudice, shall be punished with imprisonment of not less than three nor more than five years.
