APEP What do we have
here? It is an interesting demo of act with name APEP. I had no idea what does
it mean until I’ve listen to the music. For sure it’s something about ancient
Egypt! This short two-track demo is full with Egyptian atmosphere. Naturally
this material reminds Nile but it’s not just copying of style. The music of
APEP isn’t so complicated and intensive. It’s more straight and basically has
old-school Death Metal roots but with Egyptian atmosphere. That’s cool and
definitely interesting to hear the full-length from this band.
