Nàire EP."Epoch" is a self-released digital EP from Austria, launched on 10 July 2021, with a CD version following on 10 November 2021 through Narcoleptica Productions (catalog NP‑361‑21), limited to just 150 copies.
The EP is categorized as Atmospheric Sludge Metal or Sludge/Crust, featuring dense, heavy textures typical of those styles.

Recorded, mixed, and mastered between January and July 2021 by Terence Rogers. The EP. edition comes in a limited digifile or booklet style a six-page booklet in a simple cardboard sleeve, sold out now.

CD.Split "Union of Cursed Blood"

A raw black metal split released on April 1, 2022, on Adirondack Black Mass Records. Garhelenth (Iran) contributes three tracks: "Union of Cursed Blood", "Andiseh va Setiz", and "Thy Grim Dogmatism". A solo black metal project by Hilnorgoth, active since 2010. Its three tracks feature a visceral, lo-fi, and raw black metal aesthetic: abrasive yet powerful riffs, raw production, and an underground spirit. The compositions are compact and precise. "Union of Cursed Blood" clocks in at under 4 minutes, channeling a grim intensity and concentrated aggression. 








Isataii (USA) contributes two tracks: "Shadows of Desolation" and "A Spirits of Death". Reuben Galarza is a solo project based in Los Angeles, drawing on Comanche heritage (Penateka Comanche Black Metal) and a deeply personal and ancestral approach. His contributions maintain a raw and atmospheric Black Metal style, imbued with menace and emotional charge. Vocals range from harsh screams to guttural growls, supported by evocative riffs and a haunting atmosphere. Garhelenth offers a direct, pure, and aggressive experience, minimalist yet powerful. Isataii brings a more atmospheric and culturally rooted dimension: historical, melancholic, and intense. Together, they form a cohesive listen that encompasses both ferocity and a ritualistic atmosphere. The CD. Split "Union of Cursed Blood" stands as a captivating snapshot of raw, unpolished Black Metal from two solo artists with distinct identities.

Recommended only for lovers of the genre.

This black metal atmospheric and violent to the core that encloses us with its split below presented. Hyrgal present: CD.Split "Bâ'a / Verfallen / Hyrgal" Black metal with filthy and murky voices, rugged melodies, insane riff and a drums that never rests like a litany that is repeated until the end of time. A direct sound, cold and unrefined with nothing in between and with the perfect touch of mysticism that makes you go to space in the midst of its dark atmosphere Césure / Sicaire They are two incredible themes that represent each band and leave it on top of the dark throne of black. The splits are always interesting, they show us music from bands that perhaps we will never hear but in this format.

The atmosphere and everything that transmits this huge band and all its purpose of darkness is incredible. Very interesting and very intelligent is the proposal of this great band "Ghostly Aerie Coven" huge proposal that of the Italians. The 31 of deck was tesigo of the moment where saw to light this great plate of black metal under world. In Casale Monferrato there is this great battle where this gan musical plaque "community" is erected "Bird of Prey" an incredible madness, lakes themes that are hymns powerful and that crush peace in a bloodthirysty way, strings that crush everything in its path, a battery that runs frantically towards the great madness and voices from the same abyss, and gives us an atmosphere that leads you to hallucinate in each of the passages of the album. I recommend this Vacula Prod board should be enjoyed from beginning to end from the theme that opens the album: Inner Spirit Unchained, through: Nyctophilia y Horus Rising among others and ending with: My Tongue Is The Spear Of Longinvs, a proposal that I enjoy a lot from beginning to end we hope the level under in Italy continues like this.

CD "Krampusz"

BÁL Hungary has witnessed the birth of this interesting sound that has been around since 2017 and it becomes quite interesting and incredible. Black metal with an incredible atmospheric cut and a lot of post and experimental black, all this together manages to form the great album "Krampusz", more than 44 minutes of desolation and darkness and total coldness, it reminds me a lot of those sounds of black metal from the early 90s, very strident and deep and legendary. It should be noted that this album was also released in cassette format in a very legendary and traditional way, very good work, all of that is quite interesting for collectors. Incredible 7 songs that are brutal and rather super interesting to discover, I invite you to listen to all this material in one go because it will be a brutal trip that you can take to the bottom of hell itself. I recommend it for followers of the most underground black and those who appreciate the most hidden material and for whom this material becomes very appreciable.



BÁL (Hungary)
CD."Bú"

This huge sound and so deep that of BÁL the Hungarians bring us more of such deep and interesting material. If you already know this band you will know that they mix black metal with the atmosphere as well as the post sound and everything deeper in the genre, this time they bring us an album called "Bú" that has more than 45 minutes of an incredible dark march and brutal. I can highly recommend them if you like the most underground black and for anyone who likes more occult material, it may be highly appreciated by these users. This album was edited in a great way and has incredible and legendary finishes, very good work, all of that is quite interesting for collectors. Incredible 7 songs that are huge and super deep, I invite you to enjoy this huge cult piece, an experience beyond the universe itself.

From Vienna Austria up to our 'Zine  Winter's Breath a totally symphonic sound from start to finish where the most powerful black metal stands out but without losing the most melodic essence of the proposal. At times we walk through death sounds but with the melody in between, CD."Rising Storm" the ep that we are breaking down today is a material that is quite in line with the band, it never leaves its parameters and throughout its ten songs we It captures with this sound so deep more than music feelings of very dark nostalgia with a lot of atmosphere and projection of a very cold feeling. Within the genre for the year 2020 of the best that was released, let's remember that in 2021 the remastered version was released so that I wanted to get more juice out of this outrageous EP. In the strings section I highlight the riffs so violent and dark that they are usually hymns to darkness, in the same way an exact battery and of course a very correct and special voice for the keyboard setting that gives a brutal nuance to the project , highly recommended. 




CD. "Graveyard Symphonies" 

The brutality of this project continues to surprise me every time I delve deeper into Winter's Breath very melodic black death with a very elaborate and concrete execution and proposal that manages to have a very high final sound quality and that never leaves you indifferent. CD."Graveyard Symphonies" this CD made in June 2021 that has nine songs, each one of them quite deep and brutal, something more visceral and rough than those that I was able to appreciate before, but that does not take away from the interesting sound of this band that is so intelligent to add the best of each extreme style together with the melody and at the same time the darkness and that gloomy and sad feeling that they transmit is never affected. We could say that this is a very deep material, something more than the previous ones and experiments more with slower and denser rhythms, making the atmosphere of it much darker than it normally is, sometimes supplanting the melody with the darkness of the sound. and those death marches as well as the suspense generated in several of the song structures. Point that I always highlight with this band the rises of power if that's what I call them, when you least expect it and the sound is calm and very sad, suddenly without expecting it comes a barrage of energy that doesn't feel forced but fits right into the moment as if it were something that comes to save you from that certain death that you would have or perhaps bring you to the same but in a more accelerated and less painful way. One of my most favorite CD. of this band.

CD. Split “Two Worlds”

We continue with Winter’s Breath the brutal project from the capital of Austria, which blends between black and death with its great dose of melody. Today we review the split “Two Worlds” that they recorded with the band BAL in October 2021. On this occasion, the band participates with only two songs, which are still so brutal for only being two. The "Cursed" and "Hunter" quite elaborate and complete songs that when you listen to this split you realize that the band is evolving every time and makes this material super solid in terms of sound and musical proposal, they know very well what they want to play and what they want to transmit with their music and that is quite important within these styles that are linked to melody, a band that does not lose sight of the rage with which they play and does not allow itself to be soaked only by meaningless melody, guitars and always crushing bass, solid drums from beginning to end and a voice from the very grave to leave everything served to the dark atmosphere of the synthesizers as if it were an eternal funeral march, an excellent proposal.



CD. Split "Zwei Stimmen"

Winter's Breath present us this 2022 Split from the city of Vienna, a material that was released together with the band Withdraw. A song of more than 14 minutes "Zwei Stimmen" we could say an Ep. by itself because of the length of the song, which walks us through the entire musicl proposal of this great project, we enjoy black metal but in such a sublime way always with the present melody and at times we also have the aggressive death melody, but never tiring thanks to the enormous creativity of the mastermind behind all this. They also experimented with clean voices in the form of choirs that give it a rather dark nuance of black mass, and songs that gradually rise in tone, never leaving you indifferent, much less feeling monotonous because it really is a very intelligent way of presenting this proposal. If you like to experiment beyond the conventional within the darkest genre, this band is for you, dare to get to know them more.

Draconian Oracle – (Full Demo) I found this demo accidentally and should to say this’s really absolutely killer material! It includes only two tracks and lasts some more 10 minutes but it totally involves you in its dark atmosphere during this time. And the reason of it is simple – it is True and Evil Black metal! If you are fan of 90’s Norwegian scene you will definitely like raw archaic atmospheric sound of this demo with grim shrieking vocal. Long simple mid-tempo guitar tremolos are catching you at once and hold till the end. The second track has a short but beautiful guitar lead. The feature is clean choir vocals entering sometimes and bringing a piece of ancient epic atmosphere. It will be very interesting to hear full-length of Draconian Oracle so I will wait for it.

Autumnwind presents us atmospheric and environmental music aimed at black metal and dark sounds of metal an interesting and unusual proposal, but very refreshing and different from what we can generally review here. His album Endless Fear of 2018 makes us a rich tour of each of its components and we hear virtuous performances of each instrument and very intelligent composicones really true executioners of the atmospheric sound. The set list of the EP is: 1.Autumnwind - The Panic Attack 2.Autumnwind - The Hallucination 3.Autumnwind - Lost And Alone 4.Autumnwind - Forever Insomnia 5.Autumnwind - Endless Fear Another excellent band of this label Symbol Of Domination Prod. Belarus A masterpiece for my opinion recommended.
